Need to cancel? Here's what you need to know — and how quickly you need to act.

Overview

We understand that plans change. Nesh Label allows order cancellations within a limited window before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully to understand when and how cancellations can be made.

1. Order Cancellation Rules

Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

Cancellation Window Within 12 hours of placing the order
How to Request Email: info@neshlabel.com — Subject: “Cancel Order #XXXXX”
Response Time We will confirm within 2–4 hours during business hours
Refund on Cancellation Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
COD Orders No cancellation charge — order simply will not be fulfilled
Cancellation requests received after the 12-hour window cannot be guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Before Shipping Clause

If your cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched:

  • The order will be cancelled immediately upon confirmation from our team
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • No cancellation fee or deduction will be applied
  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 1 business day

If your cancellation request is received after the order has already been dispatched:

  • The cancellation cannot be processed at the dispatch stage
  • You will need to follow the return process in our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered
  • This scenario is not eligible for a refund — exchange only, on the same day of delivery
Note: We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please submit cancellation requests as early as possible — ideally within 2 hours of placing your order.

3. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only some of them, please clearly specify which items in your cancellation request. Partial cancellations are accepted before dispatch only, and a proportional refund will be issued for the cancelled items.

4. Cancellations by Nesh Label

Nesh Label reserves the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • The ordered item is out of stock or no longer available
  • Payment could not be verified or was flagged as potentially fraudulent
  • The delivery address is outside our serviceable area
  • Pricing errors or technical issues affected the order

In all such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
