Orders & Shipping
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send a tracking link to your registered email address and via WhatsApp . Tracking is usually active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use the link to follow your order in real time. If you haven't received a tracking link within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@neshlabel.com with your order number.
We process orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options (2–4 business days) are available at checkout where applicable. Delivery to remote PIN codes may take slightly longer. All timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Yes, COD is available on eligible orders within India, subject to PIN code serviceability. A handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders. Orders above ₹2,000 via COD may require an advance partial payment. Available COD options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location.
Yes — shipping is completely free on all orders across India. No minimum order value, no conditions. We cover the shipping cost on every domestic order.
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days depending on the destination country. Please note: customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or clearance charges at their end. These are not included in the shipping charge and are set by your country's customs authority.
Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@neshlabel.com with your order number and the updated address. Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not possible and we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Sizing & Fit
Every product page on neshlabel.com has a size chart with exact measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself (chest, waist, hips, and length) and comparing with the chart before selecting a size. When you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or sizing down if you prefer a closer fit. If you're still unsure, message us on WhatsApp or email us with the product name and your measurements — we'll guide you to the right size.
Yes — our pieces are designed to match the measurements listed in the size chart on each product page. Loose-fit pieces are intentionally generous in cut, and moderate-fit pieces sit comfortably close to the body without restricting movement. We always recommend checking the size chart rather than going by general S/M/L assumptions, as fits vary by style.
Yes. Each product page includes a size chart specific to that product. You can also find our general size guide in the footer under 'Size Guide'. If a product you're interested in doesn't have a detailed chart, contact us and we'll send you the measurements directly.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Nesh Label does not accept general returns for change of mind, colour preference, or size dissatisfaction. Our policy covers exchanges for size issues (same day only) and refunds for damaged or defective items (same day only). Yes — exchanges are available for size-related issues only, and must be requested on the same day your order is delivered. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@neshlabel.com with your order number, the item name, the size you received, and the size you need. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer store credit.
We're sorry if this happens — it shouldn't. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us on the same day of delivery at info@neshlabel.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will verify the claim and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Damage claims raised after the delivery day cannot be accepted, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of our team verifying the damage claim. The refund is returned to your original payment method — UPI, card, or net banking. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer and we'll ask for your account details when you raise the claim. If you don't see the refund within 7 business days of approval, please check with your bank first — processing times vary by institution.
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing the order and before it is dispatched. Email us at info@neshlabel.com with the subject 'Cancel Order #XXXXX' as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible and you will need to follow the exchange process on the day of delivery. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
Products & Quality
We make honest choices rather than making claims we can't fully back. Nesh uses natural fibres —cotton, linen, and breathable blends — instead of synthetic fabrics. We produce in small batches to reduce waste and design pieces with longevity in mind so they don't end up in landfill quickly. We are not yet a certified sustainable brand, but we are working toward more responsible sourcing and production with each collection. This is completely normal and expected. Ombré and tie-and-dye pieces at Nesh are crafted individually — which means no two are exactly alike. The colour gradients, dye patterns, and wash tones will vary slightly from unit to unit. This is not a defect — it is evidence that your piece was made by hand. Minor variations in shade, pattern spread, or dye intensity are inherent to the craft and are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
All Nesh pieces come with care instructions on the label. As a general guide: hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, do not wring, dry in shade away from direct sunlight (especially for coloured pieces), iron on low heat if needed, and do not bleach. Following these instructions will significantly extend the life and colour of your garment. Proper care is not just recommended — it's part of what makes a Nesh piece last.
Yes. The Nesh unisex collection is built for all bodies and expressions — not 'men's cuts made smaller' or 'women's styles made larger', but genuinely shared silhouettes designed to work across a wide range of body types. Even pieces listed under Women's or Men's collections tend to have relaxed, versatile fits. If you're unsure whether a specific piece works for you, message us with your measurements and we'll advise.
Payments & Account
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking across all major Indian banks, digital wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay), Buy Now Pay Later via select providers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. All options available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Yes — completely. All transactions on neshlabel.com are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. Nesh Label does not store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN at any point. Card transactions are additionally protected by 3D Secure (OTP-based) authentication.
