Return & Refund Policy
Refunds for damaged items. Same-day exchanges for size issues. Here's exactly how it works.
Overview
Nesh Label takes pride in the quality of every piece we ship. Our policy is straightforward: refunds are issued for damaged or defective items only, and exchanges for size issues must be requested on the same day of delivery. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
A request will be accepted if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The request is raised on the same day as delivery
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- Original tags are intact and attached
- The item is in its original packaging or folded condition
- The reason falls within the accepted categories listed below
Accepted Reasons
- Item received damaged or in defective condition — eligible for refund
- Incorrect item received (wrong product or size sent by us) — eligible for exchange or refund
- Size issue — eligible for same-day exchange only (no refund)
Note: Change of mind, colour preference, and general dissatisfaction are not accepted. Refunds are for damaged or defective items only. All other concerns are handled via exchange.
2. Exchange — Same Day Only

Exchange requests raised after the day of delivery will not be accepted. Please open and inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
Note: We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before placing your order to avoid size-related issues.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances:
- Sale items and items purchased at a discounted price
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' at time of purchase
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers
- Items damaged due to improper care by the customer
4. Refund Policy
Nesh Label offers refunds only in the following specific circumstance:
Refunds are issued exclusively for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or in a condition that makes it unwearable, you are eligible for a full refund. All other issues — including size concerns or change of mind — are not eligible for a refund and will be handled through our exchange process.

Note: Damage claims must be raised on the same day the order is delivered. Claims raised after delivery day will not be eligible for a refund. Photographs of the damage are mandatory.
5. How to Raise a Request

- Include: order number, item name, reason, and clear photographs where applicable
- Act on the same day — requests cannot be processed after delivery day
