Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Overview

At Nesh Label, we process and ship all orders with care. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, processing procedures, tracking information, and how we handle unforeseen delays. Please read this page before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During sale periods, new collection launches, or high-demand windows, processing time may extend to 3–4 business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Note: Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays in India.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Standard Delivery 5–7 business days after dispatch
Expedited Delivery 2–4 business days after dispatch (where available)
Free Shipping Free on all orders across India — no minimum order value
Coverage Pan-India delivery to all serviceable PIN codes

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may require additional transit time.

3. International Shipping

Nesh Label currently ships to select international destinations. International orders are subject to the following:

Estimated Delivery 10–21 business days depending on destination country
Shipping Charges Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Customs & Duties The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges at the destination country
Restricted Items Some products may not be available for international shipping due to courier restrictions

Note: Nesh Label is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures at the destination country.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via:

  • Email (registered at time of purchase)
  • WhatsApp (if mobile number provided at checkout)

Tracking details are typically active within 24 hours of dispatch. Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order.

Nesh Label is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to the following reasons — which are outside our direct control:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or force major events
  • Public holidays or restricted movement periods
  • High-volume periods such as festive seasons or sale events
  • Customs clearance delays (international orders)
  • Courier-side operational disruptions

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at info@neshlabel.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will file a claim with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund once resolved.
