Nesh Label is committed to providing a secure and straightforward payment experience. This policy outlines the payment methods we accept, how transactions are processed, and the security measures in place to protect your financial information.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Digital Payments
- UPI — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and all UPI-enabled apps
- Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
- Credit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Net Banking — All major Indian banks supported
- Digital Wallets — Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, and others available at checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available on eligible orders within India (based on PIN code serviceability)
- COD orders above ₹2,000 may require advance partial payment
- A handling fee of ₹50 applies on all COD orders
2. Payment Processing
All digital payments are processed through our secure payment gateway partner — Razorpay. The process works as follows:
- You enter payment details on the encrypted checkout page
- Your details are transmitted directly using SSL encryption — Nesh Label does not store your card or UPI credentials
- Payment is authorised and confirmed in real time
- You receive an order confirmation email immediately upon successful payment
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. If an amount is deducted but you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately.
3. Security Statement

If you suspect any unauthorised transaction related to your Nesh Label order, contact us immediately and notify your bank.
4. Currency & Taxes
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
For international orders, currency conversion is handled by your bank and may include additional charges, which are outside our control.
5. Payment Failures & Retries
- No amount will be charged for failed transactions
- If an amount is held or debited, it will be reversed within 5–7 business days
- You can retry using the same or a different payment method
- If issues persist, try a different browser or device
6. Invoices & Payment Records
A digital invoice will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment. This serves as your proof of purchase and should be retained for any exchange or refund requests.
For GST invoices or billing updates, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
